Have you ever heard of magnesium stearate? If you're into supplements, chances are you've encountered it before. Unfortunately, it's also quite toxic and is added to the majority of supplements of certain types. For some people, like myself, it completely ruins the experience.

On the other hand, there's another supplement ingredient that may sound ominous but is actually a powerhouse for health: silicon dioxide. Don't let the name intimidate you - it's just diatomaceous earth, which is silica from fossilized algae. In fact, many people swear by taking silicon dioxide alone as a supplement.

Synthetic vs. Natural

Finding the right supplement for your body can be a frustrating process. When it comes to biotin, it's important to note that all synthesized forms may not work for everyone. Even though some individuals claim results, it just doesn't seem to do the trick for some. However, there are whole food biotins available that contain herbs that could be the solution you've been searching for.

These particular biotins work wonders for energy, and hair growth, and help to correct the terrain that leads to healthy yeast turning into pathological candida. Similarly, the type of vitamin C you take can also make a big difference.

While synthetic ascorbic acid can work for some, pure L ascorbic acid has been proven to work well. The key is to optimize by learning to titrate to bowel tolerance and experimenting with whole foods to find what works for you.

Magnesium

If you suffer from constipation, you may be familiar with the use of magnesium as a way to alleviate it. However, what many people fail to realize is that they are not actually absorbing the magnesium when they take it for this purpose.

Magnesium threonate is a type of magnesium that works differently - it is absorbed by your body, which means that it provides benefits beyond just helping with constipation.

In fact, it is often recommended for its ability to support brain health. Some experts caution that there is not enough science behind magnesium threonate, but this may simply be because they are relying too heavily on traditional scientific methods rather than listening to their own bodies.

Regardless, it is clear that magnesium should be a crucial part of your daily routine given its many roles in the body. When it comes to a healthy foundation, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are essential.

Test, Not Guess

When it comes to testing for energetic balance, I prefer to rely on my instincts and experience rather than what others might consider to be more "scientific" methods. Although my approach may get yes or no answers only, I firmly believe that the quality of the questions and my own objectivity play a crucial role in determining its effectiveness.

While some might dismiss this as mere voodoo, I have personally witnessed the positive impact it can have on individuals both in-person and long distance. What's more, I attribute this success to the way that my instincts communicate with others across a quantum field of resonance, facilitated by my mind's intentions and guided by objective science.

Of course, it's important for my own nervous system to be in balance so that the testing process can be accurate and reliable, just as it is crucial for the person being tested in person to be balanced as well.

The ideal solution is complete and customized through energetic testing of root causes and knowledge of a wide range of best solutions.
