Raw Cheese As Super Food

Complete Food

Cheese is a food that has been enjoyed for centuries by people all around the world. It is made from milk, which is a complete food in itself, containing all the essential vitamins and minerals one needs to stay healthy.

What makes cheese even more unique is that it contains the important fat-soluble vitamins like A that our bodies need to function properly. Additionally, cheese is a great source of calcium, which is present in the form of calcium phosphate along with cofactors like magnesium, boron, and vitamin K for optimal absorption.

The nutrient content of cheese varies depending on the feed and soil, especially if the cow is eating grass or alfalfa. So the next time you're digging into your favorite cheesy dish, remember that you're not just indulging in a delicious food, but also nourishing your body with essential nutrients.

Absorbs Toxins

Did you know that there's a natural binder and detox method that works wonders on toxins in your body? It's not well known, but in my experience, it's the most effective method out there. And the best part? You don't need any fancy supplements or pills. It's raw cheese.

This method works best on an empty stomach because it's not easily digested by the body, allowing it to absorb even more toxins. I've even witnessed the results myself when studying my output, seeing the toxin-filled blob exit my system. Trust me, this method is worth trying for a healthier, toxin-free body.

Spermidine for Longevity

Cheese, the delicious dairy product enjoyed worldwide, is more than just a tasty treat. Surprisingly, it is probably the best source of a protein called spermidine, which has received heaps of sensational press for its name and capability.

This protein has some incredible benefits too, including extending the life of mice by 25% and enhancing the health of the liver, and heart, and even fighting cancer.

Unlike popular beliefs, the protein is thought to work through autophagy without fasting. Cheese, being a fermented dairy product, automatically creates spermadine, making it a good supplement for those deficient in this protein.

However, many people believe that supplements are just a rip-off because they contain questionable amounts compared to cheese. Nonetheless, supplement reviews confirm the theory, although not all the benefits of cheese can be found in pills.

Considerations

As someone who has a dairy allergy, I know firsthand the struggles of finding suitable foods to eat. For me, pasteurized cheese was the first food I noticed causing a reaction. However, I've found that even the cheeses I can eat need to be consumed in moderation due to the constipating effect they can have.

In my previous writing, I've discussed counter-strategies for this issue, such as increasing bile flow. While I am happy to share my experiences and knowledge, I ask that you refrain from asking for personal advice, as everyone's situation is unique.

Healthfully,
